The Oriental-equivalent Chipotle for a cheaper price but giant, quality, and satisfying portions. The workers were extremely kind and generous with the portions. They even shared with us their recommendations which I ended up enjoying. They even offer samples for you to try their different proteins before choosing. Wait times were not long at all – I was served immediately. I got a custom large bowl (17.99) which comes with 2 bases (rice or noodles), 2 veggies, 2 proteins, and toppings and sauce. Portions were extremely generous to the point where I saved my portion from lunch for dinner. There are up to 6 selections per base / veggie / protein, and all the sauces are packed with flavor (would highly recommend creamy garlic or sweet chili mayo). Due to its creative concept, diverse selection, incredible customer service, and quality of food, Boltiful earns nothing less than 5 stars!
Congratulations and happy 1st Anniversary to Boltiful Fresh Kitchen! They are celebrating today, June 11th, 2025 and offering for the first 30 customers a free CYO bowl! Additional discounts all day and a free raffle for guests. DJ and music playing in the parking lot. The owners and management are super nice and friendly! The staff were happy, pleasant, and provided great customer service! Regular Bowl: chopped kale salad, jasmine rice, roasted salmon, harvest brussel sprouts, corn, pickled red onions & avocado with herb pesto sauce . Regular Bowl: chopped kale salad, sweet potato noodles, roasted salmon, balsamic glazed mushrooms, corn, with herb pesto sauce. The ingredients are fresh and healthy! Roasted Salmon Bowl was so delicious! Great portions. You have to try their sweet chili mayo. Really good spot in the neighborhood for a healthy meal! Will definitely return. Also the (maybe) owner was so nice and brought me an extra sauce when he saw I was running low at my table. Usually places are charging you extra for sauce!!
I've been searching for a suitable option for a light meal or a simple yet delicious salad for quite some time, and I've finally found it! I've tried a few other places with the same concept. Still, I somehow leave with a bad taste in my mouth, or never return, especially since I'm a vegetarian and their options are limited to lettuce, corn, tomato, and cucumber. Here, you'll find a variety of flavors, including three hot sauce options in addition to its dressings. If you don't want dressing, try the salsas; they're full of flavor (I promise they're not spicy) and add a special touch to your salad. You will also receive large portions and be served by super-friendly staff. Their drink options include, in addition to the typical fountain drinks, a couple of lemonades and delicious Thai tea! There's plenty of room to eat inside (there are also a couple of tables outside); the place is bright and clean, and they're constantly refilling the utensil and napkin containers, as well as cleaning the soda fountain. If you're in the area, definitely check it out!
10/10 recommend coming here Everything is absolutely FRESH the garlic sauce is delicious and not to garlicky or atleast not a raw garlic taste. The most important thing for me though Iis that we did get rear ended down the street and decided to stop and get a bite to eat to gather our thoughts after our car was towed. It was 10:30 am and we didn't even notice they weren't open but the door was unlocked we walked in and long story short they treated us so well that we will now be regulars at this location. Recommend by friend, finally give a try today, ordered a regular bowl but the staff was so kind she gave a huge spoon of 2 proteins, definitely good impression of first try. Lemon chicken has some kind of curry flavor, fresh and yummy, I love the spicy thai shirmp most! Jumbo shrimp with special sauce is just perfect! Jasmine rice and sides veggies are absolutely delicious too! Will come back soon
Such a good spot for healthy food with good protein. The steak was great as well as the salmon with Miso glaze. 10/10 recommend. Shoutout to Bob, really cool guy!
This place was not what I was expecting at all! I walked in hoping that would have just one gluten-free option: turns out the ENTIRE place is gluten-free!! I got the spicy thai shrimp bowl and it was super delicious. Will for sure be coming back here. They even have gluten-free cookies!
